Cheverus Celebrated "A Night in Italy"

Thank you to all who attended the 2017 Cheverus Benefit Auction “A Night in Italy” on Friday, May 5, at the Italian Heritage Center. This spectacular night filled with laughter, fun and lots of bidding in support of the school would not have been possible without the support of the many parent and student volunteers who helped with the planning and the execution. This year we introduced Homeroom Baskets that were theabsolute hit of our silent auction -- thank you to all those families who contributed and to our faculty who were so helpful with that effort.

Special thanks to our excellent student speakers, Kaylin Malmquist, Mo Kilani and Erin Arey who spoke eloquently and passionately about the value of the Cheverus experience. At the auction we unveiled and generated support for The President’s Scholarship Fund, a new scholarship designed to help students with financial difficulties attend Cheverus. Finally thank you to alumnus/parent Jerry Conley who served as our lively master of ceremonies and was a terrific and memorable honorary host. Thanks to this community effort, we achieved the best result at theauction in recent years -- all to help support student financial assistance. Click thecollage above to see more auction photos.
