CHS-news@cheverus.org Listserv
The CHS-news@cheverus.org is a listserv created to keep parents informed about school events, news and schedules. Subscribing to the list gives parents another option in addition to the monthly Stag Notes and other mailings and the website for finding out whats happening at school.
The CHS-news@cheverus.org listserv will only be used to send messages, i.e. all subscribers to the list will receive announcements from Cheverus, but they cannot send emails to the other people on the Cheverus list. All subscribers, however, may email the listserv administrator with technical questions or to request a posting for Cheverus news.
We anticipate sending monthly updates that correspond with the Stag Notes and occasional messages for breaking news such as early dismissal due to weather conditions.

What is a listserv?
A listserv is an automated email list that sends messages to each person subscribed to the group. Some of the benefits of listservs are:
· Privacy your email address is not shared with anyone else on the email list.
· Relevance listservs emails are not spam; only individuals who have subscribed to the list receive the emails.
· Convenience users can subscribe or unsubscribe via email; news is delivered directly to you.
· Efficiency listservs allow the sender to relay information to a large number of people very quickly. |
