John H.R. Mullen
President

In the summer of 2006 John Mullen was selected to serve as the Interim President of Cheverus High School.  His extensive knowledge of the school and its mission will serve the institution well.  He will serve as President while the Board of Trustees’ search committee conducts a nationwide search to identify and select a permanent President.
 
Prior to his selection as President, John Mullen was the Principal of Cheverus, a position that he held for seventeen years. 
 
Prior to being Principal, John Mullen was Assistant Principal and a teacher at Cheverus.  He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Maine and a masters degree from Middlebury College
   
 
Vincent A. Ciampi, Jr. ‘73 Vice President of Advancement

In October of 2005 Vince Ciampi became the new Vice President for Institutional Advancement where he concentrates on fundraising, alumni development and community relations.  A graduate of the Class of 1973 (and a third generation Ciampi Cheverus graduate) where he proved himself as a strong student, class leader and athlete, he has remained an extremely active alumnus.     

Vince comes to Cheverus from EstateWorks, a high tech software company in Maynard, MA, where he was Senior Vice President of sales and business development.  Before joining EstateWorks he was the Senior Vice Preisdent at Corex Technologies, Cambridge, MA, where he oversaw product sales and worldwide distribution.  Previous to his time with Corex, he owned and operated the well-known and respected Portland Appliance company with his father, Vince Ciampi, Sr. ’49.   His enthusiasm and passion for Cheverus is evident in his determination to make Cheverus the very best school of its kind.

   
Michael Komich, Business Manager

A member of the Cheverus staff as its Business Manager since 1990, Michael comes to Cheverus with a wealth of financial and benefits administration experience.  He possesses a BA in Business Administration from the University of New England and an MBA from Babson College.  

Prior to his hire at Cheverus he served as Business Manager for the  Babson Recreation Center, Inc. in Wellesley, MA, as a school board member for Holy Cross School in South Portland and as a Consultant to the University of New England for their gymnasium project.

Michael lives in South Portland with wife, Deborah, and children Ryan ’05 and Kelsey ’07.  He devotes many hours to college and high school hockey programs as a referee.

Mike St. John
Director of Alumni Relations
 
 
Mike St. John joined the Cheverus Development team as the Director of Alumni Relations in August of 2007.  Many of you may already know Mike from his presence on the Cheverus football coaching staff.  Mike has taught for the past 9 years in both public and private educational settings.  He received his B.A. in English from St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia and has received his certification in Language Arts (7-12) from the UNE Education Program.

Mike lives in South Portland with his wife, Liz, and their three children:  Jake, age 16, Max, age 8 and Alex, age 4.  He’ll be able to keep an eye on their eldest, Jake, who is a junior at Cheverus.

Brian Hallisey, Events Coordinator

Brian Hallisey, Special Events Coordinator
Brian joined the Cheverus Office of Institutional Advancement as its Special Events Coordinator in the fall of 2005.  Prior to coming to Cheverus, he worked in the project management field of the computer industry. 

Born and raised in Fall River, Massachusetts, Brian now lives in Falmouth with his wife Lynne and two sons, Chris and Will ’08. 

Brian dedicates many hours to numerous volunteer activities in Falmouth.

Jody Lamscha
Advancement and Communications Coordinator
Jody comes to Cheverus with an extensive legal background, having spent over 20 years as a paralegal and legal assistant in the family law, corporate and general litigation specialties, and has broad experience in office management.   She also runs her own business which provides organizational services to local businesses and individuals. 

She joined the Office for Institutional Advancement in November of 2004 and is the Advancement and Communiations Coordinator, and handles Cheverus' grantwriting, publication writing and design, PR, and assists the VP of Advancement.

Jody lives in the Willard Beach area of South Portland, and devotes her free time renovating a 1920’s bungalow and training and showing her Morgan horse throughout New England.

   
  
Tiffany Chabot
Database Coordinator
 
Tiffany Roberts joined the development team of Cheverus as its Database Manager in May of 2007.  Previously employed by Berwick Academy where she worked in the Development and Alumni Relations Department as a database administrator and office assistant, Tiffany has extensive experience in Blackbaud software products and varied database and Office software knowledge in a variety of non-profit environments. She also worked for The Kane Company in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, as an administrative assistant to the President of a medical research and health care management company in Slidell, Louisiana, and has diversified managerial experience in the restaurant and retail industry.  Tiffany holds a real estate agents license in New Hampshire

Tiffany and her husband, Craig, reside in Berwick with her three sons, 7-year old twins Logan and Keagan, and four-year old Braeden.  They enjoy taking her boys camping and wrestling.  She and her family also attend St George's Episcopal Church where the boys enjoy participating in Sunday school.

   
 
Margaret Rogosienski
Annual Giving and Sponsorship Coordinator
Prior to accepting her position with the Advancement team, Margaret chaired the annual Cheverus auction in 2006 and knows first-hand about the generous spirit of the Cheverus community.  A graduate of an all-girls Catholic high school, fundraising activities are her avocation and she is pleased to be able to support the important and successful work already evident at our school.
 
Olivia is a member of the class of 2010 and son Matthew graduated with the CHS class of 2006.  Professionally she has had prior development and fundraising experience in the Catholic school system, along with a business background in human resources and corporate sales.
