Schedule for Monday August 17 - Wednesday - August 19
Important Reminder: "Start" times listed below indicates when you should be on the field, boots on and ready to start try-outs. "Start" time does not mean when you should be pulling into the parking lot.
Monday 8/17 - Morning Session - 7 am - 9 am
Monday 8/17 - Evening Session - 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
At the morning session Team Liaisons will have a table set-up with important season information. If you are driving your son to Session #1 please make sure you stop at the table to sign in and get information. For players that are driving themselves, please make sure you also stop at the table, sign in and pick up information. Completed forms are due back at the evening session on Monday. A table will be set-up and available starting at 6:45 A.M. Please make sure your son arrives with a soccer ball, cleats, sneakers and plenty of fluid. It is important to hydrate and eat properly between to morning session and evening session.
Tuesday 8/18 - Evening session ONLY 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Wednesday 8/19 - Evening session ONLY 5:30 pm - 7:40 pm
At the end of the evening session on Wednesday August 19, teams will be announced for Freshmen, JV and Varsity. Specific training schedules for the remainder of preseason will be distributed by team. We will post each team's training schedule on this page. Team and group picture will be taken at 7:30 p.m.
ALL team BBQ and Parent Meeting on Friday, August 21. Location: Boulos Staduim, Cheverus High School. Parent Meeting at 5:30 pm. Parent and Player BBQ will start at 6:00 pm (ish) If it is raining we will still have the BBQ, but eat inside in the Senior Café. The Senior Café is located in the Main School Building. If the weather cooperates we will hold the BBQ near the concession stand. Please bring a chair and/or blanket to sit on.
The Boys Soccer Program will provide Hamburgers and Hot Dogs, condiments and paper products. We would ask parents to supply side dishes, salads, drinks and desserts (potluck style).
Below is a breakdown of items needed, by last name:
A-G - Side Dish or Salad
H-M - Dessert
N-Z - Drinks (and a cooler to keep them in)
Please contact Nicole Hoglund at firstname.lastname@example.org or Deb Deatrick at email@example.com to volunteer to help with set-up, cooking or clean-up. Set-up will start at 4:45 pm. At 5:30 pm we will all attend the parent meeting. A few "grillers" will start grilling at 5:30 pm.
