Mr. Haley returned to the Board in 2013 having completed a six-year term (2005-2011) during which he served four years as Board Chair (2007-2011). He and his wife Judy are the parents of three Cheverus graduates – Patrick ’05 and his wife Kim Jordan ‘05, and Katherine ‘10. Fr. Bob Pecoraro S.J. entered the Society of Jesus in 2000 at the age of 33. He holds masters degrees in Applied Philosophy, Divinity, Spirituality, and Educational Leadership. Fr. Pecoraro has spent much of his time working in secondary education as Vice-President of Mission and Identity at Canisius High School and President of Xavier High School in Chuuk, Micronesia. Since 2001 Fr. Pecoraro has been a spiritual director focusing on Ignatian Spirituality and directing various retreats. Before arriving at Cheverus, Fr. Pecoraro was an adjunct faculty member teaching a course entitled Transformative Leadership for the 21st Century Church and on the Spiritual Direction Team at Christ the King Seminary, the major seminary for the Diocese of Buffalo.

Mr. Brawn is a Principal investment professional for MatlinPatterson Global Advisers, a private equity firm located in New York City. An experienced political fundraiser, Mr. Buxton served as Assistant Finance Director for Maine Victory 2006 (2006) and Hillary Clinton's presidential primary campaign (2007) and as the Campaign Director for the Ethan Strimling for Mayor campaign (2011). A native of Michigan, Peggy and her husband Eric own the Portland Regency Hotel in Portland's Old Port District as well as numerous other property management ventures in Maine and Florida. Dr. DiFabio is the founding President/CEO of DiFabio Consulting, LLC, an agency that offers curricular and pedagogical analysis with a focus on educational institutions in Southeast Asia.
As an educational practitioner, Dr. DiFabio has served as the Assistant Head of School and Principal at St. Mary's (Lynn, MA), the Assistant Principal (Freshmen and Sophomores) at St. John's Preparatory School (Danvers, MA) and as a member of the Theology Department at Cheverus High School (1999-2007). He served as a member of the NEASC Visiting Team that recommended Cheverus' re-accreditation in 2013.

Mr. LaMontagne is an accomplished private equity sponsored technology company executive with more than 27 of experience in the national security technology market. Most recently, he served as the CEO of Novetta, a national security advanced analytics technology firm with approximately 700 employees. Mr. LaMontagne led Novetta’s strategic sale process in 2016, whereupon he transitioned his duties as CEO in March 2017; he remains as an advisor to the company. Prior to his career in the technology industry, Mr. LaMontagne served as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer specializing in China and East Asia political and economic affairs with a posting at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, China from 1993 to 1996. Mr. LaMontagne is a Mandarin linguist and graduated magna cum laude from Bowdoin College majoring in Government/Legal Studies and Classics. Committed to service to his community, he served on the Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, DC, and has been active in supporting his college alma mater, Bowdoin.

Fr. Levens was born in Hartford, CT. After graduating from Fairfield University, he taught mathematics at Fairfield Prep for nine years (1966-1975) and served as department chair for five (1970-1975). He entered the Society of Jesus in 1975 and was ordained to the priesthood in 1981.
His apostolic assignments include: Fairfield Prep (teaching religion and serving as student chaplain, 1982-1987); Bishop Connolly High School, Fall River, MA (teaching math and religion, 1988-1995); New England Province of the Society of Jesus, Boston (serving as Executive Assistant to the Provincial, 1995-1997); and, Fairfield Prep (serving as faculty chaplain, 2004-2010).
Fr. Levens has also held positions of leadership in the Society of Jesus: Superior of the Jesuit Community at Bishop Connolly High School, 1990-1995; Superior of the Jesuit Provincial Community, Boston, 1995-1997; Provincial, New England Province of the Society of Jesus, 1997-2003; and, Superior, Jesuit Community at Campion Residence and Renewal Center, Weston, MA, 2010-2017.

Ms. Mann holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Maine. He had been President of MUNIS until it was acquired by Tyler Technologies in 1999. He currently sits on the Board of Trustees for Tyler Technologies (NYSE: TYL) and previously sat on the Board of Trustees for Mercy Hospital (Portland, ME). Mr. Pochebit is a 1977 graduate of Cheverus High School. He was inducted into the CHS Athletic Hall of Fame in 2008 for his accomplishments on the Track Team, a sport he pursued while earning a B.S. in Strategic Planning and Operations through the School of Business Management at Boston College. Mr. Pochebit currently serves as Director of Construction and Property Management for Maine Medical Center, overseeing 2.2 million square feet of facilities.
Prior to joining the MMC leadership team, he was President and Founding Owner of the Pochebit Co. Inc., a design-build commercial construction firm based in Portland for more than twenty-five years. Several members of Mr. Pochebit family are graduates of Cheverus: brothers Steve ’74 and Mark ’75 and sons John ’03, Andrew ’07 and Topher ’08.

A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Construction Finance Management Association, Michael has served as a member of the Board of Trustees (or Board of Advisors) for Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Lives in the Balance and Kennebec Technologies. Mr. Sheehan is the parent of a Cheverus alumnus Justin M. Sheehan 09’, and is Chair of the Business Law Group at a Preti Flaherty. He is the firm's lead attorney in tax matters, bringing a broad spectrum of practical business and tax advice to his clients. He advises clients on federal income, gift and estate tax matters as well as Maine and New Hampshire income, sales and property tax issues.
On the commercial side, he negotiates documents and consummates business acquisitions and dispositions, complicated loan and equity arrangements, real estate sales and leases, major equipment purchases and leases and contracts covering a variety of subjects.
Mr. Sheehan also maintains an active affordable housing practice and has represented developers and investors on transactions in Maine, New Hampshire, Delaware, Georgia, Colorado, New York, New Jersey and Missouri.
While in law school, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas J. Lydon, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Washington, D.C. He joined Preti Flaherty in 1986.
Mr. Sheehan is co-author of the Maine chapter of the American Bar Association's Sales and Use Tax Desk Book, first published in 1988, and continues to update its annual editions. He is listed in Woodward/White's The Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA America's Leading Business Lawyers for Business. He is a speaker on sales tax, business tax planning and probate and estate planning.

Mr. Smith established Great Falls Construction in 1988 after graduating from Cheverus High School and receiving his Associates Degree in Building Construction from Southern Maine Vocational and Technical Institute in South Portland, Maine. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, he has extensive knowledge in all aspects of construction including company oversight, staff management, and project operations. In recent years, that experience and insight have led him to expand his business into real estate development and the purchase and management of several commercial properties.
This devotion to service is the very foundation upon which Mr. Smith built his business. Mr. Smith married his wife Cindy in 1989. They, along with their five children -- four of which graduated from Cheverus -- are life-long residents of the Town of Gorham and all share a deep commitment and dedication to serving their community. When away from his desk, Mr. Smith can be found participating in benefit 5K races, traveling with Cindy in their motorhome, or participating in his favorite activity -- having fun with his family.

Fr. Wronski grew up in Chelsea Massachusetts. He attended Malden Catholic High School where he was taught by the Xavierian Brothers. Fr. Wronski went on to meet the Jesuits of the Society of Jesus when he attended the College of Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.
Fr. Wronski entered the Society of Jesus in August 1994 and recently completed a 10-year tenure as the President of Nativity Preparatory School in Boston. Nativity is an accredited, tuition-free, Jesuit middle school serving boys of all faiths from low-income families residing in Boston. He is currently based in New York as the Provincial Assistant for Formation for the Maryland & USA Northeast Provinces of the Society of Jesus.
