Cheverus Stories

Cheverus High School is pleased to announce that Jeannette N. Wycoff will join the Advancement team as Director of Communications on September 5th. Jeannette spent 12 years with CARMA International, Inc., a multinational media content analysis firm based in Washington, DC, serving in positions of increasing responsibility including Senior Vice President from 2004-2007. Most recently, Jeannette served as Director of Public Relations for Back Cove Financial, while raising her family here in the Portland area.

At Cheverus, Jeannette will oversee all aspects of the school’s communications, public affairs, and media relations -- producing Cheverus Today magazine, covering Cheverus-related news items, serving as liaison to local media, writing press releases, maintaining the school’s presence on social media outlets, and assisting in the preparation of various presentation materials. Jeannette will provide direct communications support for the President’s Office and the Advancement Office, as well as the Principal’s Office, Admissions, Athletics, and other departments as needed.

Jeannette graduated from Loyola College of Maryland with a degree in History.  She resides with her husband Eric and their three sons in Portland.  Please join us in welcoming Jeannette to Cheverus.
