Summer Information 2022:
All communication, payments, weekly roster updates, and schedule will run through TeamSnap. You will receive an invitation to sign-up on Tuesday, June 14th, so keep a look out! TeamSnap is our High School Hockey go-to for all things player related, so please make sure to add all contact information, graduation year, etc. for your player. (TeamSnap is also used for the JV and Varsity Rosters during the regular HS season so please make sure to sign-up even if your player may not be playing this summer. We’ll transfer the roster information over later this summer.)
A few logistical items:
- Format: This is an opportunity open to all incoming freshman through 2023 graduates. We book home and home type games with a handful of local opponents to keep travel to a minimum. Each game is an hour with officials. We’ve also joined a round robin tournament in Auburn on July 16th with 3 mini-games.
- Cost: We expect the cost to be less than $150 per player. Once we have responses from everyone we will finalize the costs and provide payment instructions.
- Game Rosters: We expect a large response. Therefore, once we have everyone’s availability we will develop a roster for each game that maximizes playing time while keeping benches manageable. We will get game rosters communicated as soon as possible.
- Clam Fest Weekend: Again, you’ll note on the schedule below we are playing in a round robin style tournament on Clam Fest Saturday. Not ideal but the organizers were kind enough to condense our games to the morning. This should leave plenty of time for players/parents to sign up for shifts later that day as well as the rest of the weekend.
- Game Schedule: We tried developing a schedule that will avoid most other summer conflicts as much as possible. We have a great slate of games against some quality opponents…should be a fun summer.

Summer Information 2022:
- The summer program is set up to give athletes the opportunity to refresh technique and review everything we learned this season. The focus will be on skill development and individualized instruction to promote growth in all positions.
- Practices will take place at Cheverus High School in the cafeteria. Please arrive a few minutes early to help with setting up and cleaning the mat if possible.
- This summer I have also included information about a fun tournament in early July in Old Orchard Beach that I am hoping a group will attend. I would also love to have as many people attend the University of Southern Maine camp. The hours are reasonable and it will be really beneficial to workout with athletes from other schools and get technique from other coaches. Both of these will require registration and a fee to participate.
