A Letter from Cheverus Parent Barbara Jerome
Dear Cheverus Families,
With the school year well underway and our children settled into their class routines, I would like to invite each of you to consider joining me in a renewed interest and participation in the Cheverus Family Association. This organization is an important source of support to our students, faculty, staff, administration, and the wider community.
Dr. John Moran’s arrival begins a new chapter for Cheverus High School and in order to make our school the best it can be, the CFA could really benefit from our presence and input. There are many different ways to participate and we are looking for new ideas for activities that will enrich our Cheverus community. Levels of support can range from one hour per semester to offering time and talent to head a committee or run an event. No amount of help is too small and by gathering together and working side-by-side, we will learn from one another and strengthen our school.
For the past 15 years, I have had the pleasure of having at least one child (but usually two) at Cheverus High School. What I have learned is that Cheverus is a pretty amazing place where students are given the opportunity to grow in countless ways.
Please think about investing your time and energy in the Cheverus Family Association as it strives to make our community strong and vibrant! Please watch the weekly Sunday emails for social gatherings and volunteer sign-up sheets for upcoming events like the Open House on October 16 and Grandparents Day on November 1 .

Together, we can make a difference!
