Cheverus High School’s athletic and activities program is designed to further the educational development of young men and women through participation. We at Cheverus believe that the competition, camaraderie, loyalty, and respect for others experienced in athletics and activities will serve as a foundation for each student’s continued growth and life-long learning experience. It is our hope to maintain a program that is sound in purpose, reflects the Goals and Objectives of Cheverus, furthers each student’s educational maturity and health and contributes to school spirit and morale.

Try Out the Multi-Week Ski & Snowboard Program for 2017

Cheverus is partnering with Sunday River to offer a Multi-Week Ski and Snowboard Program for 2017. This program is open to all Cheverus Students, Parents, Faculty & Staff.


Four-Week Program of Saturday Sessions: 

  • January 7
  • January 21
  • January 28
  • February 4 

The cost for this four-week program is as follows:

  • Youth Learn to Ski / Snowboard Package (Age 12-18):  $105 (four-week ticket, lessons, and rental equipment)
  • Junior/Young Adult:
    • Lift only --  $108
    • Lift & Clinic -- $166
    • Lift & Rental -- $166
    • Lift, Clinic & Rental -- $224 
  • Adult:
    • Lift only -- $160
    • Lift & Clinic -- $218
    • Lift & Rental -- $218
    • Lift, Clinic & Rental -- $276 

There is an opportunity to "TRY BEFORE YOU BUY" 

The "Try Before You Buy” weekend is scheduled for December 10, 2016.

Groups who are enrolled in the program we will be offered a FREE lift ticket, FREE Learn-to-Ski or Snowboard lesson, and FREE rental equipment. The goal of this weekend is to attract more kids to sign up for the program by eliminating the fear of purchasing the four-week package for students who have never been on skis or a snowboard or have never seen all that Sunday River has to offer. In addition, Sunday River  will also offer free lessons and rentals to any student who purchases the “Learn to Ski or Snowboard” package. Those wishing to participate in this offer must be 8 or older.
