Bishop Confirms 2 Seniors at Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception Mass at Loyola Chapel

On December 8, The Most Reverend Robert P. Deeley, J.C.D. was on campus to celebrate the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception Mass in Loyola Chapel. This Mass was very special to the Cheverus community, as two of our seniors received the Sacraments of Confirmation and First Holy Communion after completing the R.C.I.A program with Campus Ministry.
One of the ways that we embody our Catholic Jesuit heritage is by making Cheverus a home for families of all faith traditions. Many students who join us are unfamiliar with any faith experience; we accompany our students on a journey to lead a life of meaning, belonging and purpose, and to discover the faith experience that is best for them.
