Class of 1973 Legacy Scholarship

Vince Ciampi Jr. '73 with his father, Vince Sr. '49

The purpose of the Class of 1973 Legacy Scholarship is to sustain in perpetuity multi-generational attendance at Cheverus by providing financial aid to children and grandchildren of Cheverus alumni with demonstrated need.

Endowed by the Class of 1973 on the occasion of their 50th Reunion, the Legacy Scholarship awards 4 - 5% of the Fund to eligible students each year. Cheverus is committed to this effort for legacy students by discounting tuition an additional 10%.

The Class of 1973 Legacy Scholarship honors the memories of deceased classmates: Mark T. Allen, Joseph A. Anders, Mark J. Coyne, Daniel J. Marshall, John P. Martin, John F. Pio, Peter L. Sparta, and Mark E. Roy.

I believe in the mission of Cheverus and the Cheverus community, and I feel strongly about the need of legacy students to carry on the traditions that we all have experienced.   — Vince Ciampi '73
