Heidi Weiker, MSSA

Heidi has 30 years of experience in consulting and coaching, speaking and teaching, and curriculum design. She co-owns a contemporary training firm, Spherica LLC, through which she develops and instructs programs for Fortune 100 and 500 companies throughout North America, and academic and healthcare institutions.

Heidi’s insight comes out of her depth and breadth of experience with distinctly diverse individuals and groups – global leadership teams, at-risk youth, inner-city gangs, academic faculty, medical staff, and more. She’s grateful to have served as a direct Coach to numerous CEOs and their Executive Management Teams from various international corporations and firms. She is currently engaged in delivering plenaries, workshops and intensive programs in teen and adult stress resilience, positive-mindedness and command, mind focus, executive presence, and hi-touch connected communication.

Whether leading highly-charged interactions in the executive boardroom, working with teens in their elements, guiding team coaching sessions, or presenting at international conferences – Heidi facilitates candid, intellectual, and real-world dialogue. She has a relentless passion for inspiring others through creative and customized methods and is most recognized for her strong ability to relate with human beings of all ages and walks.

Heidi received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University and her Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University, with a specialty in adolescent development. On the days she’s not teaching, she’s delved into scientific reading and evidence-based research, as well as writing her next books. Heidi is devoted to her faith, family and furry ones; and she loves the fine arts, photography, travel, volunteering, dance fitness, and being in nature.
