Sothy Wins State JV Lincoln Douglas Division

This past weekend the Cheverus Debate Team placed fourth overall at the Maine State Championship Tournament, powered by four debaters scoring points for the team. Freshmen Liam Kruger and Michael Maurice placed third and fourth respectively in Novice Lincoln Douglas, sophomore Amanda Nguyen placed fourth in JV Lincoln Douglas, and sophomore Visethreach Sothy won the division and is now the Maine State Junior Varsity Lincoln Douglas Debate Champion! Great job team!
