Cheverus Stories

Cheverus High School is pleased to announce three seniors have been named National Merit Semifinalists. Maeve Swift, Aidan Treutel, and Madeline Williams were recognized with this honor based on their performance on the PSAT administered last spring. They now have an opportunity to continue in the competition for some 7,600 National Merit Scholarships worth more than $31 million that will be offered next spring. Approximately 1.6 million nationwide took the PSAT last year. In its 65th year, the National Merit Scholarship Program is an academic competition for recognition and scholarships.
