Cheverus Stories

Cheverus High School is pleased to announce two seniors have been named National Merit Semifinalists. Reagan Bossong and Visethreach (Bee) Sothy were recognized with this honor based on their performance on the PSAT administered last fall. They are among 16,000 students from across the nation competing for $28 million in scholarships. About 15,000 semifinalists are expected to be notified in February that they have advanced to the finalist round, from which the 2,500 winners of $2,500 National Merit Scholarships will be chosen.

In addition, Elise Stromayer was recognized with the National Hispanic Recognition Award.
