  • Absences, Late Arrivals, and Early Dismissals --  please call the Main Office (774-6238 x163 -- Mrs. Connick) to report any student absence, late arrival, or early dismissal.
     
    • Students who are tardy to school for any reason need parental permission for that tardy to be excused -- this includes students coming in late because they do not have a first-period class.
       
    • Students involved in an athletic or extracurricular event after school are required to be at school no later than 9:15 a.m. 
       
    • Students arriving later than 9:15 a.m. due to an appointment are required to have a written note from the physician, etc., to participate in any after-school program.
       
    • Students who need to be dismissed during the day for an appointment should bring a note to the Main Office before homeroom to get a dismissal note. Students being dismissed for an appointment need to sign out in the Main Office and sign in upon returning to school.
       
  • Archive of "Cheverus Sunday Newsletter -- The Week Ahead..." --  Cheverus sends an email newsletter each Sunday during the school year with news of upcoming events and reports on past events.  If you would like to receive this newsletter -- or are having trouble receiving it -- contact Jane Glass or view the archive and subscribe. 


  • Cheverus Email -- All students have a cheverus.org email address. Students should check this daily for communication from teachers, administrators, and peers.  If you have questions about your Cheverus email, please contact webmaster Jane Glass via email or in the library.
     
  • Cheverus Stories -- Featuring stories about students, alumni, and the Cheverus community as well as news about upcoming and past events. These stories appear on the Cheverus homepage and are gathered in a searchable archive. 
     
  • Computer & Cell Phone Policies -- Beginning with the Class of 2021, all students are required to have a laptop for school use. Students should bring their device to school each day fully charged. Click here for more Computer & Cellphone Policies.
     
  • Daily Announcements -- These short announcements and reminders are read over the PA each morning and afternoon on schools days.  These announcements include club activities, updates on athletic events and other school-related information for students.
     
  • Family Portal -- Use this site to access grades, assignments, report cards and schedules.  If you have questions about using Family Portal, please contact registrar Angie Horler.
     
  • Grade Reporting Days and Exam Schedule -- click on the title for a document showing when report cards and progress reports will be issued and includes schedules for mid-year and final exams.
     
  • Lunch Account -- This account is connected to the student ID which can be used for cafeteria purchases.  Use this link to check your balance or add funds. Please contact Dana DeOlivera in the business office if you have questions about your lunch account.
     
  • Naviance -- student portal for college searches and guidance seminars.
     
  • Program of Studies -- Includes course descriptions, graduation requirements and academics policies.
     
  • Purple & Gold -- The P&G Booster Club supports athletics and extracurricular activities in coordination with the Cheverus administration.
     
  • School Calendar -- Includes school holidays, X-order days, special events and other school-related events.  To find information on games and club meetings, check out the Athletics & Activities calendar.
