Daily Announcements
Daily announcements are read over the PA each morning and afternoon on schools days. These announcements include club activities, updates on athletic events and other school-related information for students. February 15, 2023
1. Attn Juniors: Please pick up your Kairos Application for the March Kairos at the office of Campus Ministry. Seize the moment and choose to attend Kairos.
2. Members of Kairos 66, 67,68 and 69. Live the 4th today! Be what you desire- be forgiving, be joyful, be kind, be accepting, be compassionate. Be Love.
3. The New England Math team will compete Friday at 2:30 in room 28.
4. The chess team lost to Lewiston yesterday 3-2. We will practice on Thursday at 2:45.
5. A group from Cheverus is volunteering at STRIVE on Friday from 6-8pm. STRIVE is an organization that plans activities for teens with disabilities. Ms. Woodard will be driving the Stag van, let her know if you want to attend or will need a ride.
6. All sophomores and juniors will report to the gym today during Community Period for Academic Advising.
7. The National Honors Society will be hosting a blood drive through the American Red Cross on March 10th in the gymnasium from 8:00am to 1:00pm. If you would like to participate, you must be at least 16 years or older. If you are 16, a guardian’s permission is required. Signups will occur during lunch after break. More information will be posted in the next Week Ahead Newsletter. Thank you.
