Daily announcements are read over the PA each morning and afternoon on schools days. These announcements include club activities, updates on athletic events and other school-related information for students. The Homefront Club will be meeting during the community period today in room 26. The Homefront Club is a club dedicated to the support of our deployed troops and veterans. All existing members and new members are welcome!
There will be an Activity Fair Wednesday, September 21, in the Atrium. The Activity Fair will highlight our clubs here at Cheverus! Come see what Cheverus has to offer!
Anyone on Mock Trial or interested in Mock Trial should come to room 12 during community period today to get your case materials if you do not already have them yet.
All students who are going to the Ignatian Teach-In, your $100 deposit is to due to Ms. King today. This weekend you will be invited to a Google classroom for the Teach-In. Pay close attention to that site for meeting times and important preparation information.
Canoe kids meet in Mrs. Rhile’s room after school. The Stag van will depart at 2:30.
J.V. and Varsity Field Hockey will be dismissed at 2:00 today.
Senior’s attending the weekend leadership retreat Saturday, September 16, through Sunday, September 17, be at Loyola Hall by 2:30 p.m.. Bring a pillow, sleeping bag, towels, toiletries, and snacks.
Attn freshmen students running for student government: there will be a brief meeting today during community period, meet in room 26.
Juniors and seniors: the following colleges visit today, in the College Advising Office:
- Florida Southern at 9:15 a.m.
- Thomas College at 9:45 a.m.
- Manhattanville College at 1:30 p.m.
